# Claim your free month

From the website to your first logs, with pictures. This is how you claim your free month with every feature.

You get **1 month of Prisma Logs for free with every feature** (our Advanced plan). No payment details needed: after a month it simply ends, unless you pick a plan yourself.

This is what you do, step by step. The yellow numbers in the pictures match the steps.

### Go to the website

Open [prismalogs.com](https://prismalogs.com) and click **Try 1 month free** at the top.

### Log in with Discord

Click **Log in with Discord and claim** and allow it in Discord. We only receive your Discord name, ID and avatar, never your password or email.

### Fill in the form

After logging in you land straight on the form. **Claim free month** is already selected. Fill in:

* **Name of your server**, for example `Los Santos RP`
* **IP address of your FiveM server**, without the port (so `85.12.34.56`, not `85.12.34.56:30120`)
* **Framework** and the **average number of players**

Then click **Open ticket**.

### Wait for us

Your request is now a ticket. We set up your free month as soon as possible. You then get:

* a message in the ticket on the website,
* a DM from our Discord bot,
* and if you are in our Discord, a message in your ticket channel too.

### Open your panel

When your free month is active, you see a green bar at the top of the ticket. Click **Open your panel**.

### Download the resource

You land on the **Settings** of your server. Click **Download resource**. Your license key and the panel address are already in the download, nothing to change.

### Put it on your server

Unzip it into your `resources` folder and add this to your `server.cfg`:

```cfg
ensure baseevents
ensure prisma-logs
```

Restart your server. In the console you see:

```
[SUCCESS] Prisma Logs successfully started!
[Prisma Logs] Scanning scripts...
```

On the first start all your scripts are scanned automatically. More details in [Installation](/prisma-logs/docs/en/getting-started/installation.md) and [First start](/prisma-logs/docs/en/getting-started/first-start.md).

### Look at your logs

Go to **Logs** in your panel. Pick a category and search by player, item or plate. Click a log for every detail, or **Around this moment** to see what happened around that time.

## Prefer Discord?

You can also claim the free month in our Discord:

1. Join our Discord: [discord.gg/EWB3UWBN8T](https://discord.gg/EWB3UWBN8T)
2. Go to the **#🎁・gratis-maand** channel and click **Claim free month**.
3. Fill in the form that opens. You get your own ticket channel.

The ticket also shows up on the website, so from step 4 on everything is the same.

## After your free month

A few days before the end you get a DM with a button to renew. If you pick a plan, your settings, staff and categories stay as they are. If you do nothing, logging stops after the end date. See [Plans and retention](/prisma-logs/docs/en/the-panel/plans.md).
