# Panel guide

Log in on the website with Discord. You land on **My servers**.

## My servers

Each server has a card with:

* **Status.** Online when a log came in during the last 10 minutes.
* **Logs last 24 hours** as a chart.
* **Logs today**, **players today** and the number of **scripts logged**.
* **License.** The bar turns orange when it expires within 7 days, with a link to renew.

As the owner you also see **Manage**. Staff members only see **Open logs**.

## Logs

* **Category.** Pick a category at the top. The list is split into built-in logs, script logs and your own categories, with the number of logs next to each.
* **Search.** One search box searches every field: player, license, item, plate. Press `/` to start typing right away.
* **Period.** Pick 1h, 24h, 7d or all.
* **Scripts.** Script categories show each script as a button with its number of logs. One click shows only that script.
* **Details.** Click a log for all fields and the exact time.

On Premium and Advanced new logs come in live. On Beginner you press **Refresh**.

## Categories (owner only)

Three sections:

* **Your categories.** Made with **Add Category**. They count towards the limit of your plan. **Code** shows the code for your scripts.
* **Built-in logs.** Made by the resource.
* **Script logs.** Made by the script scan. Use **Actions** to turn actions on or off.

Use **Edit** on any category to add a Discord webhook.

## Staff (owner only)

Add staff with their Discord ID and a name. They get an invite they accept on the website. The maximum depends on your plan.

{% hint style="info" %}
To find a Discord ID, turn on **Developer Mode** in Discord (Settings → Advanced), then right-click someone: **Copy User ID**.
{% endhint %}

## Settings (owner only)

* Change the server name and IP.
* See your **license key**.
* **Download resource**: always the latest version, with your key already filled in.
* **Extend subscription**: extend your license by a month.

## Language

Switch between **NL** and **EN** at the top right. Your choice is remembered.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://prisma-logs.gitbook.io/prisma-logs/docs/en/the-panel/panel.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
